3. Refund / Return Policy
3.1 Custom Products
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun or the item has been delivered.
That said, if there is a manufacturing defect or an order fulfillment error, we will absolutely make it right.
Please note that minor variations in color, finish, brightness, or material texture are natural characteristics of custom products and are not considered defects.
3.2 Order Cancellations & Pricing Adjustments
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no cost, as long as production has not yet started.
For custom orders, we may occasionally need to adjust pricing after reviewing the order details. If this happens, we will notify you within 1–2 business days before production begins. If you choose not to proceed with the revised pricing, we will issue a full refund promptly—no questions asked.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
3.3 Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the approved specifications, please contact us in writing within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
After review and verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation and at our discretion.
3.4 Shipping Damage
If your package shows signs of shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

The packaging
Any visible damage
This helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue faster.
3.5 Electrical Products Disclaimer
All electrical products must be installed by a licensed electrician and used with compatible power supplies and drivers as specified.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or electrical incompatibility is not covered under this policy. If you have any questions before installation, we encourage you to contact us—we’re happy to help.
3.6 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return or refund is due to our error.
